Class Act of Worship
Today, 26/09/2017, year 4 celebrated their CAOW up in the chapel. The children began with singing the song 10,000 reasons. The chosen theme was based around being an example of Jesus and following in his ways. Baylee read the story of the good shepherd and the rest of the class responded by dropping a pebble into a water think of ways they can be more like Jesus. Whilst listening to the song ‘Every move I make’ the children decided their mission was to go out and be an example of Jesus.
22.5.18 – On Tuesday, Year 4 started their new topic in R.E called ‘Building Bridges’. We started the topic looking at friendship and what is needed to build a strong friendship bridge. The children drew their own bridges and wrote around each part of the bridge key elements of a good friendship. We then linked these to biblical stories that we already know to see who demonstrated true friendship to Jesus and others.
